Aspirin use Should be Reduced to Prevent Heart Attack, US Panel

The US panel says aspirin use should be reduced to prevent a first heart attack or stroke.

The US panel says adults under the age of 60 who are at risk of heart disease could face serious side effects if they start taking daily aspirin.

The panel's guidelines will not apply to aspirin users or heart attack sufferers.
