Mental distress is a disease, not insanity

Stress, anxiety, sadness, anxiety and lack of interest in daily life are very normal human behaviors.

Reasons, half internal and half external

According to Dr. Faisal Rasheed Khan, 50% of mental illnesses are caused by internal causes and 50% by environmental factors.There is a large hereditary cause of internal diseases that are transmitted from family to family.For example, if any of your siblings, parents, parents or any other relative has been suffering from depression, it may be you too.

50% of mental illnesses are caused internally and 50% are caused by the environment.


Parental training by Environment 

The mind is also influenced by the environment, including,

  • Fights
  • Parental deaths
  • Abortions
  • Divorces
  • Sexual
  • Physical
  • Emotional 
Abuse, and problems in life.Marriage, relationships, financial situations, heavenly calamities are all causes of mental illness.

How does the media affect the mind?

Housewife Shinza Waheed says that the way stories of abuse of women and children in society are told in the media and the videos are going viral.They also cause mental stress with awareness.Shinza says that seeing all this has created fear in her heart.

Feeling of insecurity

According to Dr Faisal Rashid Khan, the media is increasing the feeling of insecurity and deprivation in human beings.The tendency to constantly compare and compare can lead to deprivation, lack of self-confidence and self-esteem.

The tendency to compete constantly also deprives a person of self-esteem and self-esteem

How to treat mental illness

Dr. Faisal says that it is important to know what are the symptoms of deteriorating mental health.Managing them on a daily basis, 

  • Exercising

  • Trying to improve relationships
  • Taking time for worship.

Psychotherapy and counseling

Psychologists usually treat you with psychotherapy, counseling or psychological sessions.While psychiatrists diagnose the medicine for you after certain tests.Usually one or both of these treatments go hand in hand.
