The German Federal Prosecutor's Office has arrested a Syrian man in Berlin.Mofak LD, for allegedly bombing a group of civilians in Damascus in 2014 and committing other war crimes.
He was arrested in the German capital, Berlin, on Wednesday, August 4, by the German Federal Prosecutor's Office, following an arrest warrant issued on July 30, 2021, by an investigating judge of the German Federal Court of Justice.Berlin's anti-crime state police were ordered to investigate.Police searched the alleged perpetrator's apartment in Berlin.Where he was immediately charged with war crimes and seven counts of murder and three counts of causing grievous bodily harm.
