Dharma Crisis of BJP's CAA || India

<img src="BJP and CAA.png" alt="Dharma Crisis of BJP's CAA">

The Citizenship Amendment Act in Bengal.Former Union Home Minister P Chidambaram lashed out at the BJP over the issue, saying that the BJP had shown its true face in the West Bengal election manifesto. The announcement in the election manifesto on the first day of the formation of the government to implement the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) shows this intention.

BJP CAA Discrimination Against Muslims

P. Chidambaram also said that "the CAA will divide the country, create discrimination against Muslims.

According to him, the BJP's intention is to intimidate, intimidate and send millions of poor and law-abiding citizens, especially Muslims, into detention camps.

It's scary. Therefore, the people of Assam and Bengal must vote effectively to defeat the BJP and its 'toxic agenda'.

The inclusion of the CAA in the BJP's manifesto also drew a strong reaction from the people against the promise to implement the state.

Immediately after the announcement, when an ETV correspondent spoke to the general public, the first thing he said was that the BJP could never come to power in West Bengal. She will not succeed that's no matter how hard she tries. With Mamata Banerjee, this dream of the BJP will never come true because the people of Bengal are not ready for it.

Protests Against the Citizenship Amendment Act West Bengal

It is a fact that the largest protests against the Citizenship Amendment Act took place in West Bengal. The people of Bengal strongly object to the promise of the Citizenship Amendment Act in the election manifesto. In the first meeting after coming to power.Amit Shah promised to implement CAA but did not say when that meeting would take place.

Therefore, after the defeat in the election, they will say that whenever we come to power. We will keep our promise.

By the way, if the BJP had kept its promise to forgive farmers' debts after coming to power four years ago.It would not be barred from entering western Uttar Pradesh at present. These are ivory tusks that are different for eating and showing.

BJP Election Campaign

At the start of the BJP's recent election campaign, Amit Shah had said on February 11 that the task of granting citizenship would be undertaken once the vaccination process was completed and the code outbreak was over.

Addressing a rally at Bongaon Thakur Nagar in the North 24 Parganas district of West Bengal.Amit Shah assured the people of the Matwa community there that they would be granted citizenship. He accused Trinamool Congress leader Mamata Banerjee of misleading the people of the Matwa community. They saying that there was no provision in the Citizenship Amendment Act to revoke the citizenship of anyone but to grant citizenship to those refugees.

He had assured the Muslims in particular that their citizenship would not be revoked by the CAA.After that, the BJP completely forgot about the CAA and the Prime Minister first set the tone for change.

After that, the whole party started chanting Ram Naam and the matter went into abeyance.

So the BJP felt two things

  • First, it would cause less benefit and more harm. Now that he is convinced that he has not come to power.
  • Second, He has repeated it in a special way for the future, which will kill the snake and will not break the stick.

BJP Parliamentary Elections

In the 2016 elections, the BJP had only 20 per cent in West Bengal.Which increased to 39 per cent in the 2019 parliamentary elections and that is why the BJP has fielded,

  • Koch Bihar
  • Alipur Dwar
  • Jalpaiguri
  • Darjeeling in the Jangal Mahal area
  • Raiganj
  • Balwar Ghat
  • North Malda
  • Rana Ghat
  • Bongaon
  • Barakpur
  • Hooghly
  • Jhargram
  • Madnapur
  • Purolia
  • Nakora
  • Bishnupur
  • Bardwan
  • Dargapur
  • Asansol.
There were 10 places where the Matwa community was dominant and the CAA was very important to them.If Matwa Brady backs the BJP again, he will get 70 seats out of 294, thanks to him.

Modiji arrived in Bangladesh a day before the election to deceive the Matwa Samaj and the story began that the Prime Minister would meet the religious leaders of the Matwa Samaj. They will go to the temple.Modiji has visited Bangladesh many times before but he never thought of an extinct society. This time it came because the vote is needed. This is what Ibn al-Waqti and opportunism call it.

Prime Minister Bangladesh

The prime minister is trying to seduce the Matwa community in Bangladesh, but the manifesto announces that CCTV will be installed at every entry point on the border to prevent infiltration. Will be strengthened.

First of all, it has nothing to do with provincial elections. It is the responsibility of the national government to do this for the security of the country and for this the provincial government does not have to be in the hands of the BJP because even if a Muslim League government is formed, it will not stop it.

Secondly, those who try to come to meet their relatives in the Matwa society will be severely restrained. Now the problem is not to stop them from coming, but to stop the extinct society here from leaving because Bangladesh has become more prosperous than India. There is no discrimination in the name of religion.

Protests Against the Prime Minister ~Bangladesh

Protests against the Prime Minister during his visit to Bangladesh and the testimony of four people in a shootout to quell the opposition are proof that wherever they go, they cause bloodshed.

In Bangladesh, the Prime Minister, as is his custom, told a lie that made everyone laugh."I did a satyagraha for the independence of Bangladesh," he said.

The question is, when Indira Gandhi's government was a supporter of Bangladesh's independence.Which she herself acknowledged.

  •  why was there a need for a satyagraha?
  • Going beyond that, he threw it away that he was even arrested?

This raises the question of whether the Satyagraha was taking place in India or in Pakistan.

Therefore, there was a possibility of arresting those who did so, but why would Indira Gandhi arrest her supporters?

The fact of the matter is that man should also tell a lie thoughtfully, but if there is an army of blind devotees who believe in it.

Why should he worry?

Everything goes away.

 Mamata Banerjee defeated the Communists

In fact, with her help, Mamata Banerjee defeated the Communists in 2011 after 34 years. That is why Prime Minister Narendra Modi started his election campaign from Bongaon area of   Matwa.

According to a survey, a total of 50 million people had migrated to India at the time of partition, of which 3.5 million were in West Bengal and the BJP is trying to lure them. The Centre's failure to implement the issue after addressing it in the last national election has made them uneasy.

The Bon village assembly member sought an explanation from the home minister.Who said he was serious about implementing it, but was delayed by the Corona epidemic and vaccinations.

Fifty days later, when the pressure became unbearable, the BJP included the issue in its manifesto.

CAA & NRC

According to Amit Shah's chronology, first the CAA and then the NRC had to be implemented and the NRC originated from Assam.

Surprisingly, in Bengal, the BJP mentioned the CAA in its manifesto but removed it from the Assam manifesto. The manifesto promises to reduce the flood damage by constructing large reservoirs around the Brahmaputra to protect the excess water under the "Brahmaputra Vision" to save the people from floods. He promised to provide financial assistance of Rs. 3,000 per month to 3 million deserving families under the Orandoi scheme.

After journalists bombarded the CAA and NRC with questions, Bharatiya Janata Party national president JP Nanda made a concerted promise to protect 'real Indian citizens' and expel intruders. Is.

NRC Issue in Assam

There is great unrest in Assam over the NRC issue as a large number of Hindus have also failed to register their names in the register despite suffering a million hardships. The BJP's ally AJP has filed a case against it in the Supreme Court.Has been referred to JP Nanda says it is a national issue and will be implemented in due course.

So there is no need to include donations in the manifesto. If this is true then why the need to include it in West Bengal?

This shows that the BJP is in a dilemma in this matter and it is neither openly opposing nor supporting it.

Therefore, the real intruders in Assam are being traced and a vague slogan of protection of local civilization is being used.
