A break in the online delivery service BYKIA's database has led to the leaking of sensitive information to millions of Bikeia users.
According to the report, 200 GB of data containing information of about 4 million users has been leaked.The cybersecurity team noticed danger signs on the database server.
According to the cyber team, their data can be accessed through any IP in BYKIA's server.
Information leaked by BYKIA includes other important information such as,
- Usernames
- Locations
- Account numbers
- etc.
The company also revealed that BYKIA had suffered a similar cyber attack in September 2020.Which BYKIA said did not affect users' data because they had regular backups.

The website also revealed that the leaked files contained personally identifiable information for both customers and contract employees.As well as information on drivers who have been biked.Is called a "partner."
In addition, customers' K-Electric, EasyPay and JazzCash information was stored on Bikeya's servers.These data stored due to business relationships with other electronics companies of the online delivery service.Which are included in the leaked data.
It should be noted that BYKIA is a Pakistani online delivery service that provides citizens with the facility to move their goods from one place to another.
