Researchers on type 2 diabetes say that air pollution increases the risk of type 2 diabetes, but physical activity can help prevent the disease.The study was conducted by experts from the Netherlands and Hong Kong.

I looked at data from more than 1.5 million people.Research on their data showed that those who were more physically active had a 31 percent chance of developing diabetes.While those who were accustomed to a sedentary lifestyle had a 56 percent chance of developing diabetes.
According to experts, the risk increases to 94% in people living in more polluted places but decreases to 64% in people who exercise.
