In an interview with an American magazine, Bill Gates, the world's third richest man, expressed his views on bitcoins and other digital currencies, calling them unnecessary.

Asked in the interview what technology is in the world without which people can survive, he replied that cryptocurrency.

Bill Gates said that the way cryptocurrency works.It provides an opportunity for certain criminal activities to get rid of.

He said that I probably have to say about biological weapons.That's a very bad thing.We don't need that kind of technology.

In an interview with another American magazine, Bill Gates was asked about cryptocurrencies in the context of climate change.As these digital currencies use a lot of energy.The Bill Gates replied that my point of view is neutral because I don't have Bitcoin.

He added that the price of bitcoin could fluctuate as it depended on people's views on the currency.

"I can't predict how it will progress," he added.
